Careers at ClaimUp

Build the team that runs the work.

ClaimUp gives personal injury firms trained specialists and runs the work with them. Our internal team makes that happen: we find the specialists, train them, manage the work every day and report to the firm every week. This page is about joining that team.

Looking for a specialist role?

Work on a US firm's cases.

Specialists join a personal injury firm's case team, trained and managed by ClaimUp. Roles include intake, insurance claims, medical records, case management and litigation support.

What the team does

Behind every client team.

A firm sees its specialists and its ClaimUp manager. Behind them, our team does six jobs to keep the work moving.

Talent acquisition

Find the right people

Source and screen candidates for each role, check their experience, and present a shortlist the firm interviews.

Training

Train them first

Run onboarding and role training in ClaimUp University, so a specialist knows the role, the software and the standard before working on a client's cases.

ClaimUp managers

Manage the work every day

Work the queue with each team, follow up on what's waiting, check quality, and coach when the standard slips.

Client management

Keep the firm in the loop

Send the weekly report, run the check-ins, and fix problems before the firm has to ask.

Sales

Help new firms start right

Run Fit Assessments with firm owners, find the stage where work piles up, and write the proposal for the team that takes it over.

Operations

Build the systems

Role standards, daily and weekly reports, and the tools, AI included, that help our people move and check work faster.

How we work

The rules we hold each other to.

We ask firms to trust us with their cases. These six rules are how we earn that trust, inside the team as much as with clients.

Be clear, be kind.

Say what you mean, early, and with respect. Most problems start as something nobody said.

Own it.

When something slips, we fix it first and find the cause second. Nobody wins by pointing fingers.

Fix the system, not just the case.

If the same problem shows up twice, the process is wrong. We change the process.

Write it down.

Decisions, steps and handoffs live in writing, so the next person can pick up the work.

Let the numbers speak.

Every team has numbers it watches, ours included. We decide with data, not hunches.

Remember the person behind the case.

Every file is someone who got hurt. We treat the work, and each other, that way.

Is it a fit?

For people who run things.

You'll do well here if
  • You like clear standards and you check your own work.
  • You'd rather fix a process than work around it.
  • You follow up without being asked.
  • You can be direct and kind in the same sentence.
What to expect
  • A remote team that works US business hours.
  • Clear goals and numbers for every team, including yours.
  • A piece of the business to run, not a task list.
  • When a lead role opens, we look inside first.

Tell us what you'd run.

We don't post every internal role. Send a short note: the team you'd join, what you've run before, and your resume or LinkedIn. We reply when there's a fit.
