Referral program

Know a PI firm that's buried in work? Introduce us.

If a firm you introduce becomes a ClaimUp client, you get 10% of what they pay us for their first six months. Paid monthly. No tiers, no points, no portals.

Or write to brady@claimup.com

The offer

10%

of what ClaimUp collects from the firm you introduce, for their first six months as a client.

  • If they add seats in those six months, you earn on the bigger bill.
  • Paid by bank transfer every month, after the firm pays us.
  • ClaimUp clients get the same 10% as a credit on their invoice.
How it works

Three steps. You only do the first one.

1

Make the introduction

Email the firm's owner or operations lead and copy Brady on our team at brady@claimup.com. Or send Brady their name, firm and how you know them, and we'll reach out and mention you.

2

We confirm it's yours

Within two business days we check the firm isn't already talking to us, record you as the referrer, and tell you in writing.

3

You get paid

Once the firm becomes a client and pays, you get 10% of what they pay each month for six months. We'll tell you when the call happens, whether they sign, and when the first payment lands.

Who to introduce

Firms where the work has outgrown the team.

US personal injury firms where an owner or operations lead feels the strain. Not sure a firm fits? Send it anyway. We'll tell you quickly.

Good firms to introduce
  • Intake, records, claims or pre-lit work is piling up.
  • They're growing faster than they can hire.
  • They tried offshore help before and it didn't stick.
  • The owner is still the one chasing the work.
Who to talk to
  • The owner or managing partner
  • The COO or operations lead
  • Whoever runs the case team that's behind

Subject: Intro to ClaimUp

Hi [Name],

Wanted to put ClaimUp on your radar. They give personal injury firms trained specialists for the stage where cases pile up, like intake, records or pre-lit, and they manage the work with them, so it doesn't land back on your desk.

Given what you said about [intake / records / hiring], I think a 45-minute call with them would be worth it. I've copied them here so they can set it up.

The rules

Short and plain.

What counts
  • A new firm: not already a ClaimUp client or in talks with us.
  • A real introduction, not a name on a list.
  • One referrer per firm. The first accepted introduction gets it.
  • The six months start at the firm's first payment. If they add seats in that time, it counts.
Good to know
  • You're paid on money we actually collect, not on signed contracts.
  • This is for introducing law firms as business clients. It never covers injured people, cases or legal matters.
  • If you're a lawyer or work for a firm, check your bar rules and employer policy first. We can't pay where it isn't allowed.
  • We'll ask for a W-9 before the first payment.
Questions

Before you send one.

Do I need to sign up first?

No. Your first introduction signs you up.

I'm a ClaimUp client. Does this apply to me?

Yes. You earn the same 10%, applied as a credit on your ClaimUp invoices instead of a payment.

Can I just send a list of firms?

A name on a list isn't an introduction. Copy us on an email to them, or tell us who they are and how you know them.

How will I know what's happening?

We email you when we accept the introduction, after the first call, when the firm signs or doesn't, and when the first payment comes in.

Ready?

Who's the first firm that comes to mind?

Copy Brady at brady@claimup.com on an email to them. We'll take it from there.
