How it works

From first call to a trained team.

A 30-minute call. People you pick in about 7 business days. Training before day one. A ClaimUp manager working with you every day after.

Four steps

What happens after you book.

1 · 30 minutes

Fit Assessment

A video call with Brady on where work piles up in your firm. If it's a fit, you get a written proposal within 24 hours. If it's not, we'll tell you.

2 · About 7 business days

You pick the person

We match the work to a standard role and find candidates. You interview two or three and choose. Harder roles take up to 14 days.

3 · Before day one

We train them

Injury-case basics, then the workflow for their role, then your firm's way of working. We record your team doing the task, so you don't pull a manager off cases to train.

4 · Every day after

We manage with you

Daily reports, regular check-ins and a ClaimUp manager. If someone isn't working out, we coach first and replace if needed.

Most firms start with a team of three on the stage that's furthest behind, then add stages as the work grows.

What managed means

Five things come with every team.

An agency places a person and moves on. We train them, manage them with you, track their work and fix problems.

1

A written scope

Which work, how much of it, and what counts as done.

2

A named ClaimUp manager

Works the queue, follows up and checks quality.

3

A weekly report on the work

Not hours: what got done, what's aging, what's stuck, what needed rework and what we need from you.

4

Backup coverage

The work keeps moving if someone is out or leaves.

5

A fix process

We catch slips before you have to ask.

How you stay informed

You always know where the work stands.

Your ClaimUp manager reads every daily report. Anything urgent reaches you the same day.

Every shift

The daily report

Each specialist files a report with us: what came in, what went out, what's still waiting and what got in the way. We read it the same day.

Every Friday

Your weekly report

One page on the work: what got done, what's aging, what's stuck, what needed rework and what we need from you. Not hours or logins.

Every month

Your monthly review

The trends over the month, from the same daily reports: what moved, what slowed, what we did about it, and one recommendation.

See what lands in your inbox every Friday.

If someone leaves

The work keeps moving.

  • Most problems get fixed with coaching first
  • If not, we replace them at no extra cost
  • We start recruiting within 5 business days, and you interview and pick the new person
  • Backup coverage keeps the work going while we train the next person
A recent example
5 days

In September, a firm asked us to replace a specialist. They picked the new person five days later.

Your first 12 months

Start with relief. Grow into leverage.

The first team takes the pile off your plate. Over time, the same approach gives every stage of a case a clear owner.

Months 1–3

Relief

Take the pile off your plate first, starting where it's easiest to plug in: usually intake, medical records or insurance claims.

Months 4–6

Stability

Make the work run the same way every day, with training, check-ins, daily reports and a ClaimUp manager who co-manages with you.

Months 7–9

Structure

Give each stage of a case a clear owner, so cases move like an assembly line.

Months 10–12

Leverage

Grow your caseload without growing in-house headcount, and put the savings back into marketing.

Questions

Before you start.

How fast can someone start?

About 7 business days for standard roles, and up to 14 for harder ones. You interview two or three candidates and pick.

What happens on the Fit Assessment?

A 30-minute video call with Brady. We look at how work moves in your firm today, where it piles up, and what a ClaimUp team would do about it. If it's a fit, you get a written proposal within 24 hours. If it's not, we'll tell you.

Do they work in our software?

Yes. Specialists work inside your case software, during your firm's business hours, so your files stay in your systems.

Who supervises the legal work?

Your attorneys. Specialists do case support work under your firm's direction. ClaimUp manages the work and the quality, and we don't give legal advice.

How are they trained for US injury cases?

In stages: injury-case basics before they start, then the workflow for their role, then your firm's way of working. We record your team doing the task and turn it into training, so you don't pull your manager off cases. After they start, they keep training and coaching with us through ClaimUp University.

Where do they work?

From home in the Philippines and Latin America, during your firm's business hours, with time-tracking software, daily targets and check-ins. We provide the computers, and you sign one service agreement with us. ClaimUp is a US company.
