Questions

About the price.

What does the $200 cover?

Training before day one, daily reports and your ClaimUp manager. Your manager reads every daily report the same day, coaches your specialist, and sends you a weekly report every Friday and a monthly review.

Who pays the specialist?

We do. You pay ClaimUp one monthly rate for each specialist, and we handle their pay, equipment and day-to-day management. You sign one service agreement with us.

Is there a long contract?

No. Month to month, with 30 days' notice.

What if someone doesn't work out?

Tell us. Most problems get fixed with coaching. If not, we replace them at no extra cost. We start recruiting within 5 business days, and you interview and pick the new person. If you're not happy with anyone in their first 30 days, you get a full refund.

Does the price go up as we sign more cases?

No. It's a flat rate per seat, so your cost doesn't climb with every case you sign.
